End of Semester Grades
TO ACCESS GRADES:
Semester Grades for Full-Year Courses
1. Capture the Current Grade on the last day of your semester in a report or enrollment page export. Knowledge Base Article:
Final Grade for Semester Course
A Final Grade will be given by the teacher and the course will be “Completed”. Here are a few ways you can find the Final Grade:
In the Student Record, click on “Hamburger Menu”, click “Transcript” for a printable report.
Run a “Final Grade Ready” Report from the Report Module and export all completed grades.
Go to the Enrollments Module, click “All Enrollments”, Sort the status for “Completed” and then export the data.
Request a report from your Success Manager
