Enrollment Requests Definition/Function


 DROP ENROLLMENT
If a student is not going to finish the enrollment and you are not going to provide them a final grade, then you would DROP the enrollment.

COMPLETE ENROLLMENT
If a student finishes the enrollment and you are going to provide them a final grade, then apply the final grade and COMPLETE the enrollment, this enrollment will show on the transcript.

EXTEND ENROLLMENT
If a student needs more time to finish the enrollments, you can use EXTEND request and extend the end date by x number of days.

SUSPEND ENROLLMENT
If a student is taking time off in the middle of an enrollment, you can use SUSPEND request and suspend the enrollment for x number of days.
 
RE-ENROLL OPTIONS:
If you dropped or completed an enrollment, but the student wants to come back and finish, you can RE-ENROLL as long as the END DATE > {Today}
