Enrollment Request: Extend Time of Enrollment Days

Enrollment Requests: If a mentor needs a request a change to the student’s enrollment status other than the request to be graded out early. 

To Extend Enrollment Days:

Step1: Start with the Enrollment Module and select the student enrollment to request a change to

  • Click the hamburger menu

  • Select:  ‘Enrollment Requests’




Step 2:  From the drop-down “Type” menu, select the Extend Enrollment end date.


Step 3:  Enter the number of days to extend the enrollment.

Step 4:  Select the “Submitted” Status.




Step 5:  Select the Reason from the drop-down menu.

Step 6: Optional:  enter comments

Step 7:  Click “Save”
