Adding an IEP to a student record


Student Module

  1. Click on the student information menu item

  2. Click on the “Documents” tab

  3. Open the IEP folder (if this folder is not here then you need to create a folder first) see below

  4. Upload the IEP into the IEP folder







IEP Review and Level Determination


Student Module

  1. Select a student to view - click the hamburger menu under “Act” column and Select: “Edit Information” 






The window below will pop up

  1. The drop-down menus will be where you verify the service level for the student.

  2. Once you are done with the student’s IEP levels and indicated yes/no, then mark this record “Yes” for being reviewed.

  3. “Save”
