Login to BUZZ - Mentor/Observer

Mentor/Observer - Login using Single Sign-on

Step 1: Goto Maestro at http://fes.maestrosis.com


Step 2: Enter your Username and Password
If you have not activated your Maestro account, click here.

(Only Mentors) Step 3: Click the "Change Role" icon, to switch to your Observer account in Maestro


(Only Mentors) Step 4: Click the "Login" icon next to where it says Observer


You'll know you're in your Observer account by looking at the role listed at the top of the page.



Step 5: Click the Login icon to start Buzz.

Login directly to BUZZ

If you would like to login to Buzz directly, rather than using the single sign-on functionality described above, follow the steps below.
Step 2: Click the three dots to the left of the Login buttion

Step 3: Click "Use application login" from the menu


Step 4: Click the three dots again, then "Forgot password"

Step 5: Enter your username, then click reset.  
Make sure this is the same username you use when logging into Maestro.  You will have a new BUZZ username in 2024.


Step 6: Check your email for a message from mailer@agilix.com. Click the link "Reset your password"



Be sure to check your spam folder or check with your IT support contact if you can't find the email.
Step 7: Enter your new password.

Now you will be able to use your username and password to login directly to BUZZ.  You can also use the steps to single sign-on from your Maestro Observer account.  Remember if you set a different password in BUZZ than what you had in Maestro, you will need to remember both passwords.
